Currently the company employs nearly 1400 Associates working in different departments: Marketing, Sales, Research and Development, Finance, IT, Personnel and Organisation, Logistics, Engineering, Production, Commercial and Corporate Communication . Mars Polska is considered to be a valued employer. For many years our company has taken one of the top ten places in a prestigious nation-wide ranking by AIESEC - the students' organisation. This year Mars got 7th place in the ranking, which gave us the best position among FMCG companies.

Mars Polska devotes a lot of attention to the support of local community activities. Since the beginning of our operation in Poland together with local authorities we have been supporting infrastructure development and we have been trying to improve living standard of the inhabitants from Sochaczew area. We also permanently co-operate with more than 100 local and national charitable organisations, which help children, disabled people and homeless animals across Poland.
